Whale tooth appetizer is so good and the British style fish n chips amazing. The batter on the haddock was delicious. Dessert was not that impressive and service was super slow. But good atmosphere and food and will definitely go back
I was very disappointed with the service. The food was good. We waited So Long for the Check. We were there at Happy Hour and was not even given the special Happy Hour prices. We asked and they still would not even accommodate us for those specials. And to top it off the Owner/Manager had the Balls to disrespect us and what we gave for a Tip. The waitress was lucky she got a Tip after how the Owner/Manager treated us. I didn't even want to give 1 Star for this place. I DO Not Recommend eating here ever again.
My husband and I ate several meals at the Whale's Tooth Pub over Labor Day weekend and cannot recommend it enough. Best fish and chips I've ever had! Hubby had the lobster roll and a burger, both excellent. The seafood chowder was unreal, as was the bread pudding. Basically, you can't go wrong! The building is beautifully restored and located on the ocean. The owners take great pride in the restaurant and will treat you like family. We stayed at the bed and breakfast next door (same owners) and can't wait to go back!
We sat outside and had a beautiful waterfront view and even saw a double rainbow! The food was excellent and the waitress did a great job. I'd give it 5 stars but we did wait quite a while for the bar drinks we ordered. Overall I recommend it and will go there again next time I visit the area.
Stopped by late one night after traveling, they welcomed our group with open arms and severed fabulous food. Came back another night and it was even better!. Everyone raved on and on about the quality of the meals, friendly staff, great drinks and in an atmospher of a time gone by. Just perfect. I wish I could give 10 stars.
